Cooperstown Select Irish Coffee Recipe

1.5 oz Cooperstown Select Rye Whiskey

4 oz Hot Coffee

2 tsp Brown Sugar

Lightly Whipped Cream

Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Pre-heat a 6-ounce, heatproof glass by filling with hot water. Once warm, empty the glass. Add brown sugar to the glass,  1 1⁄3 ounces of Cooperstown Select Rye Whiskey, then pour over coffee until the glass is 3⁄4 full. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved.  Float a layer of lightly whipped cream over the top of the coffee by pouring gently over a spoon. Top with some freshly grated nutmeg. Enjoy!

Beanball Bourbon Hot Toddy Recipe

Beanball Bourbon Hot Toddy

1.5 oz Beanball Bourbon

3/4 cup hot water

0.25 oz fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

cinnamon stick and lemon wheel to garnish



1. Boil 3/4 cup water.

2. While water is boiling, pour 1.5 oz Beanball Bourbon into a mug.

3. Add the hot water into the mug and add the honey and lemon juice.

4. Stir until the honey has dissolved.

5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
