Our Canton Collection blends world-class spirits with football excellence. With a choice between our American Blended Whiskey, Bourbon Whiskey, and Vodka, each is housed in a uniquely designed and patented football decanter bottle, individually blown and formed in the shape of an actual professional football. Every bottle sits on a raised pedestal base (all one molded piece) which is a clever replica of an actual football field, complete with the yard lines and end zones.
This young, American whiskey is blended several times with our unique aging process which includes oak staves and used bourbon barrels. This American whiskey is a bourbon style mash bill of corn, rye, and barley. An extremely graceful style, this blended whiskey has subtle hints of allspice and finishes with strong notes of vanilla and sweet caramel. Finished at 90 proof to capture the burnt sugar notes.
This Bourbon is a hand crafted blend of younger bourbons and Cooperstown Distillery’s small batch bourbon. These two distinctive styles were hand selected and chosen for their individual character and flavor profile; the younger Bourbon is “heavy” on corn and “light” in small grains while the more mature Cooperstown Distillery blend is “lighter” on corn and “heavier” in the small grains of rye, wheat, and oats. This Bourbon finishes on the palette with caramel and butterscotch, rounded out with a layer of sweet toffee. Our distiller decided to bump the proof on this fine young Bourbon to 90 proof in order to accentuate the finish notes on this thoroughly enjoyable spirit.
Our extraordinary vodka is made from 100% white wheat, distilled six times, then charcoal filtered through five feet of activated carbon. It drinks incredibly smooth with delicate notes of vanilla and undertones of coconut on the finish palette.
