Crafted from 100% New York State grains, this masterfully-produced small batch bourbon features a proprietary four-grain mash bill of 65% corn and 35% oats, rye, and barley. Aged in new charred oak barrels, this distinguished whiskey overflows with copious notes of clove and allspice on the front end, finishing gently with hints of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey—Chosen with care by Randy Gradishar for your tasting pleasure.
