Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This 100% New York State Straight Bourbon is made from a unique four-grain mash bill of corn, and oats, rye, and barley. This small batch bourbon ages for three to four years in new charred oak barrels. This distinctive whiskey is overflowing with copious notes of clove and allspice on the front end, finishing gently with hints of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey.

In shaker with ice:
3 oz Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Little City Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb bitters
Stir for 15 seconds
Double strain into chilled martini glass
Garnish with luxardo cherry
