This graceful and softer style whiskey is a high corn mash bill of corn, rye, and barley. Our whiskey is blended from new oak barrels of at least two years as well as whiskey from our own used bourbon barrels.

- 2 oz Cooperstown Select Blended American Whiskey
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz egg white
- Shake vigorously, strain into highball with ice
- Garnish with luxardo cherry
This blend is then aged on French oak, imparting an enticing creamy mouthfeel with strong palate notes of vanilla and crème brulée, finishing with subtle notes of caramel and butterscotch. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks for a truly unique sipping experience. Awards include a score of 96 points from Tasting Panel Magazine and a 91 from Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible.
