This 100% New York State Straight Rye Whiskey is produced from local grains with a high rye mash bill of 80% rye and 20% corn. This straight rye whiskey is placed in new charred oak barrels and aged for two to three years. It is then blended and placed in hand-selected Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.

A textbook rye with strong notes of black pepper, caraway, and pumpernickel on the front end, it finishes with notes of dark rye bread and pumpernickel. Blended at cask strength (102 proof) this distinctive rye is incredibly complex and compares favorably to even the most prestigious names in the category.
