Cooperstown Distillery employs the highest quality artisanal distilling practices. Using almost entirely New York State grains, we produce a full line of spirits. We are a farm distillery and work to “know our farmers” to produce spirits made from select grains grown by people we trust and respect.

Our signature Cooperstown Select Distinguished Whiskeys features our most highly acclaimed and celebrated Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Aged in choice oak barrels, this masterfully-crafted bourbon is a remarkably soft and delicate bourbon. Our Cooperstown Select Straight Rye Whiskey most recently won Best in Class at the Alberta Beverage Awards. Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, the Cooperstown Select Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled at cask strength and is incredibly complex, comparing favorably to even the most prestigious names in the category.
