Fenimore Gin Fizz Recipe

1.5 oz Fenimore Gin
.5 oz Cranberry Juice
.5 oz Orange Juice
Top with Prosecco
Rosemary and Cranberries for Garnish

In a shaker combine Fenimore Gin, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Shake, strain into a glass, top with prosecco, and garnish with rosemary and cranberries. Enjoy!

Autumn Dark ‘N’ Stormy Recipe

Ingredients:

1.5oz Beanball Bourbon

2oz fresh apple cider

1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1oz ginger beer

Lemon wedge, for garnish

 

In a shaker, combine the bourbon, apple cider, and lemon juice. Shake and strain over new ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Sleepy Hollow Recipe

For the rim:

3 gingersnap cookies

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Honey

 

For the drink:

1.5oz Glimmerglass Vodka

1oz coffee liqueur

2oz pumpkin cream

Whipped cream

Pumpkin pie spice

 

Make the rim:

Crush gingersnap cookies and mix with granulated sugar.

Rim glass with honey and then cookie mixture.

 

Make the drink:

Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, and pumpkin cream into a shaker.

Shake and strain over new ice.

Garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin spice.

Glimmerglass Goblet

1.5oz Glimmerglass Vodka

0.5oz Blue Curacao

1oz Orange Juice

1oz Grenadine syrup

Dry ice (optional)

 

Add all ingredients together in a shaker and shake.

Strain over new ice.

Spitball Cinnamon Crunch

2 oz Spitball Cinnamon Whiskey

1 oz half and half 

0.25 oz simple syrup 

gingersnap cookie and honey rim

Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

 

For the gingersnap rim:
Crush 3 gingersnap cookies with granulated sugar.
Dip rim of glass into honey and then cookie mixture.

For the cocktail:
In a shaker, add the Spitball Cinnamon Whiskey, half and half, and simple syrup. Shake until mixed. Strain into rocks glass with large ice cubes. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

Sam Smith’s Hot Buttered Rum

2oz Sam Smith’s Boatyard Rum

2 tablespoons of the mixed butter

4oz hot water

 

Butter:

1 stick butter, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/4 cup honey, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt.

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt until blended and smooth.

 

Drink:

Transfer two tablespoons of mixture to a mug.

Add 2oz Sam Smith’s Boatyard Rum.

Fill the rest of the way with boiling water.

Stir until everything is dissolved.

 

Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve!

Abner Doubleday’s Double Play Vodka Mule Recipe

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Limoncello
3 ounces Abner Doubleday’s Double Play Vodka
Ice cubes 
One 12-ounce bottle ginger beer 
Lemon wheels, for garnish

In a glass or copper mug, add the lemon juice, limoncello, vodka and a few ice cubes. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with lemon wheels. Enjoy!

Sam Smith’s Boatyard Rum Mojito Recipe

1 1/2 oz Sam Smith’s Boatyard Rum
1 oz Fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons Sugar
6 leaves of Mint
Topped with Soda Water

In a shaker, muddle mint sprigs with sugar and lime juice. Add ice and Sam Smith’s Boatyard Rum and shake. Pour into glass top with soda water, garnished with a sprig of mint leaves. Served with a straw. Enjoy!

Grapefruit & Thyme Glimmerglass Spritzer Recipe

Thyme Simple Syrup:
  1. 10 fresh thyme sprigs
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup water
Cocktail Recipe:
  1. 1/2 ounce Thyme Simple Syrup
  2. Juice of 1/2 large grapefruit [about 2 ounces]
  3. 1 1/2 ounces Glimmerglass Vodka
  4. Club soda
  5. Grapefruit slices, for garnish
  6. Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
To make the Thyme Simple Syrup:
Combine the thyme sprigs, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely before using.

 

To make a Grapefruit & Thyme Glimmerglass Spritzer:
  1. Squeeze the juice of half of one grapefruit, this should be about 2 ounces, into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Add the Glimmerglass Vodka and simple syrup (to taste – shake, taste, and add more if not sweet enough).
  3. Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.
  4. Top off the glass with club soda and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and grapefruit slices.
  5. Enjoy!
