Aged in new charred oak barrels and bottled in small batches, this bourbon was carefully chosen by Larry Walker for its standout character. Crafted in New York State from locally sourced grains, this Bourbon Whiskey features rich notes of clove and allspice that lead the way, with a smooth finish that reveals layers of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey.
