This graceful and softer style American Blended Whiskey is produced from 100% New York State grains, with a high corn mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye and barley. This expertly blended whiskey is aged in new charred oak barrels and used bourbon barrels. Finished using French oak, imparting an enticing creamy mouthfeel with strong palate notes of vanilla and crème brulée, finishing with subtle notes of caramel and butterscotch.
