Distilled in New York State using locally grown grains, this Distinguished Straight Bourbon Whiskey features a signature four-grain recipe of 65% corn alongside oats, rye, and malted barley. Small-batch bottled after maturing in new charred oak barrels, Thurman Thomas personally selected this whiskey for its remarkable balance and bold presence. A warm opening of clove and allspice gives way to a silky, luxurious finish filled with layers of toasted caramel, butterscotch, and wild honey.
