Cooperstown Distillery specially selected this Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey in honor of Barry Larkin to celebrate his iconic career, and the greatness of all those enshrined in Cooperstown alongside him. This Distinguished Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced with a proprietary four-grain mash bill of 65% corn, and 35% oats, rye, and barley. Aged in new charred oak barrels and bottled in small batches, this bourbon was carefully chosen for Barry Larkin because of its standout character. Crafted in New York State from locally sourced grains, this Bourbon Whiskey features rich notes of clove and allspice lead the way, with a smooth finish that reveals layers of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey.
